A Complementary National Resource
Corona Muralis, Shepherd Field is envisioned as a national resource that extends the care already given by military, federal, and law enforcement programs — offering long-term retirement, rehabilitation, remembrance, education, and veteran engagement for working dogs who served.
Rather than replacing existing programs, Shepherd's Field seeks to strengthen the continuum of care by working collaboratively with military installations, federal agencies, law enforcement organizations, veterinary professionals, nonprofit partners, and local communities.
Together, we can ensure that every working dog who faithfully served our nation has access to the dignity, respect, and lifelong care worthy of that service.
